The 30-day Vivi fit home workout challenge

Who’s in? With so many people working from home now, it’s important to keep fit and active. As part of our healthy remote working series, we recently did a really simple ’30-day Vivi Fit Home Workout Challenge’ on our Instagram channel, getting harder as we went. It’s 4 bodyweight exercises a day, varying between legs, abs/core and arms. No equipment needed.
